We're not your typical suit-and-tie firm. Just a crew of architects who care way too much about making spaces that actually work for people.
Started back in 2012 in a cramped Kyiv office with three laptops and way too much coffee. We had this idea that architecture shouldn't just look good in magazines - it's gotta live and breathe with the people using it.
Fast forward to now, and we've worked on everything from residential lofts to commercial complexes across Ukraine. What hasn't changed? We still obsess over every detail, still argue about window placements, and yeah, still drink too much coffee.
Sustainability isn't some marketing angle for us. Growing up here, seeing how buildings affect neighborhoods and environments - that stuff sticks with you. Every project we take on needs to earn its place, not just fill space.

Team Members
The people who turn sketches into reality. Everyone here brings something different to the table, which is exactly how we like it.
Founding Principal
M.Arch, RIBA Chartered
Started this whole thing after realizing corporate architecture wasn't his jam. Spent 8 years at international firms before coming home to build something real. Gets weirdly excited about structural engineering.
Design Director
M.Arch, LEED AP
The one who makes sure we're not just building boxes. Has this uncanny ability to see spaces before they exist. Studied in Berlin, brought back some seriously fresh perspectives on urban living.
Technical Lead
B.Eng, Structural Engineering
Makes sure our wild ideas actually stand up. Former construction site manager who got tired of fixing other people's mistakes. Now he prevents them from happening in the first place.
Interior Design Lead
M.A. Interior Architecture
Obsessed with how people actually move through spaces. Doesn't believe in wasted square meters. Can source materials you didn't know existed and somehow make them work together perfectly.
Sustainability Advisor
MSc Environmental Design
Our environmental conscience. Keeps us honest about energy consumption and material choices. Came from renewable energy sector, now applies that knowledge to making buildings that don't drain resources.
Project Manager
PMP, B.Arch
The reason projects actually finish on time. Somehow keeps track of a million moving parts without breaking a sweat. Former chaos coordinator - wait, we mean project manager - at a major development firm.
We skip the formal presentations and just talk. Tell us what's working, what's driving you crazy, what you've been dreaming about. Sometimes the best ideas come from casual chats over coffee.
We spend real time on location. Walk the neighborhood, check the light at different times, talk to people who live nearby. Can't design a space properly if you're only looking at blueprints.
We'll show you multiple directions, not just one "perfect" solution. Architecture's got nuance - there's always trade-offs. We lay 'em all out and figure out together what matters most for your project.
Viktor and the engineering team get involved early. No point falling in love with something that'll break the budget or violate physics. Beautiful designs need solid bones.
We work with contractors we trust and who trust us back. Construction's a team sport - having people who get the vision and won't cut corners makes everything smoother.
We're around during construction, not just for the ribbon cutting. When questions pop up - and they always do - we're there to problem-solve on the spot rather than through a chain of emails.
Whether you've got detailed plans or just a vague idea you've been thinking about - let's talk. We're always up for interesting projects and good conversations.
