Here's what we've been up to lately - each project tells its own story, and we're pretty proud of how they turned out
We've learned that every building has a different personality. Some want to shout, others prefer to whisper. Our job's figuring out which one works best for the space and the people using it.
Honestly, this one was a challenge. The original structure had good bones but zero personality. We stripped it back, opened up the facades, and gave it some breathing room. Now it actually fits into the neighborhood instead of sticking out like a sore thumb.
"They got what we were trying to do from day one. No endless revisions, no drama - just solid work that made sense for our vision."
- Olena K., Property DeveloperThe client wanted something that'd attract young tech companies but wouldn't break the bank. We focused on natural light, flexible spaces, and energy efficiency. Turned out pretty well - the building's been fully leased since month two.
This was nerve-wracking, not gonna lie. Working with a 1912 building means you can't just do whatever you want. Had to balance modern safety standards with keeping the original character intact. Took forever, but we're happy with how it came out.
"We thought we'd have to fight them on every little detail, but they cared about the history as much as we did. That made all the difference."
- Maksym T., Building OwnerQuick look at some other stuff we've wrapped up recently
42 units, passive house standards, community gardens
Public space redesign with sustainable drainage systems
Complete interior overhaul, 28 rooms plus common areas
Old factory turned into mixed-use creative space
Let's grab a coffee and talk about what you're trying to build. No pressure, just conversation.
