Podil Residence Revamp

Honestly, this one was a challenge. The original structure had good bones but zero personality. We stripped it back, opened up the facades, and gave it some breathing room. Now it actually fits into the neighborhood instead of sticking out like a sore thumb.

The client wanted something that'd attract young tech companies but wouldn't break the bank. We focused on natural light, flexible spaces, and energy efficiency. Turned out pretty well - the building's been fully leased since month two.

This was nerve-wracking, not gonna lie. Working with a 1912 building means you can't just do whatever you want. Had to balance modern safety standards with keeping the original character intact. Took forever, but we're happy with how it came out.
